My Mission Statement:

You are unique. I believe an individualized approach is essential. Experience and efficiency are necessary within the therapeutic relationship, based on respect and focused on results. Whether we need to explore the past or deal with an immediate short-term issue, we will remain goal-oriented and solution-based. Within my broad practice geared towards individuals, I particularly enjoy work relating to mother/daughter relationships, ranging from the angry young adult to the empty nester. Because of my business background, I am also an effective clinician for adults in the corporate world struggling with career and job issues. Empowerment, identity and validation are primary focus points which will direct you towards success whether at work or at home. I am ready, willing and able to help you make a difference in your own life.
