New Groups Planned for 2020: Stuck in the Middle, Wednesday nights, 5-6:30. For middle aged women facing issues such as self-image, transition, parenting, identity, anxiety, depression, self-esteem. This is a 6-week commitment, not a drop-in format. Young Professionals This Group is for young women and men aged 25-35 who are forming their careers. We address how to be successful and confident in the field/careers of their choice. Issues also include: finances, social life, confidence, self-esteem, anxiety and success in today's world. Confidentiality assured, participants are pre-screened to assure common goals and objectives. Day and time to be announced, please call for more information. 603-571-1693 Roaring Twenties......A co-ed group, Thursdays 5:30-7, for young adults in their 20's to discuss social pressures, career and school, living at home or with roommates, identity, self- esteem, depression and anxiety, not fitting in, not "on schedule" with life stages.
